Task Force for Global Health gets $28.8m grant to establish NTD support centre

The Task Force for Global Health, based near Atlanta, GA, has received a five-year $28.8 million grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to support the newly-established Neglected Tropical Diseases Support Center.

The Task Force for Global Health, based near Atlanta, GA, has received a five-year $28.8 million grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to support the newly-established Neglected Tropical Diseases Support Center. The Center will encourage collaboration with other partners around the world to address gaps in NTD research.

The grant's timing coincides with the first anniversary of the London Declaration on NTDs as well as the launch of the London Centre for Neglected Tropical Disease Research
