New STH and schistosomiasis maps for Philippines and 16 African countries

New maps are available for 16 African countries and the Philippines showing survey data for soil-transmitted helminths (STH) and schistosomiasis. New mapping data is available for 13 countries.

New maps are available for 16 African countries and the Philippines showing survey data for soil-transmitted helminths (STH) and schistosomiasis. The corresponding references have been provided in PDF and XML (for Endnote) formats. New mapping data is also available for 13 countries. 

Species-specific maps for these countries are available for schistosomiasis, including S. haematobiumS. mansoniS. japonicum and S. intercalatum, as well as maps showing data from blood-in-urine surveys. 

The data underlying the maps are also available to download for 8 of these countries where the authors kindly provided permission to release the data: Ivory Coast, Malawi, Morocco, Somalia, South Africa, São Tomé and Príncipe, Swaziland and Tanzania.
