New maps are available showing survey data for soil-transmitted helminths (STH) and schistosomiasis in 29 African countries and the Philippines. The corresponding reference lists been provided in PDF and XML (for Endnote) formats.
Species-specific maps are also now available for schistosomiasis, including S. haematobium, S. mansoni, S. japonicum and S. intercalatum, as well as maps showing data from blood-in-urine surveys.
The data underlying the maps are also available to download for 14 of these countries where the authors have provided permission to release the data.
As always, our maps and data are available to use, edit and share under a Creative Commons licence.
